However, the day-to-day needs of an organization can take over and carry you away from keeping on top of some of the major priorities that will bring you to the next level. Our Advising Services are designed to help you keep those priorities moving forward, despite the multiple fires that you have to put out on a daily basis.

Providr Advisor™
Access to structured advisory support focused on your highest priority.
$300/month
This service is designed for leaders who don’t just want to talk through ideas, but want help maintaining focus and forward movement on what matters most. Together, we will have a strategy session to identify your current highest priority and work through it in a more intentional and organized way.
There are regularly scheduled check-ins that are used to track and discuss the priority and progress made.
Once a month we will have a monthly review meeting. These sessions should include those within your organization that are affected by this priority. We get everyone on the same page and align our plans accordingly.
You may assign one additional person from your organization to act as the lead on this priority. This allows for more direct coordination and continuity between discussions.
These are still advisory-only engagements. There is no hands-on project execution, but there is a higher level of structure, continuity, and accountability compared to Access.
Progress is discussed and guided through ongoing conversations, but formal deliverables, reporting, or project tracking are limited to what is necessary to support the advisory process.

Providr Advisor Advanced™
Access to comprehensive advisory support across multiple priorities within your organization.
$700/month
This step-up tier is designed for leaders who need broader alignment, deeper insight, and ongoing guidance across key areas of their business. Engagement begins with a more in-depth strategy session, including a Providr Organization Assessment™ which includes recommendations to help you get a full picture of your organization with strengths and weaknesses.
Together, through an in-depth assessment we will establish up to three active priorities and work through them in a structured and coordinated way. This allows for parallel progress across multiple areas while maintaining clarity and direction.
This includes recurring review meetings focused on each priority, used to evaluate progress, address obstacles, and refine direction as needed.
Once a month we will have a monthly review meeting. These sessions should include those within your organization that are affected by this priority. We get everyone on the same page and align our plans accordingly.
You may assign up to three additional users within your organization, which are designated leads for each priority.
These are still advisory-only engagements. There is no hands-on project execution, but this tier provides the highest level of structure, continuity, and organizational alignment.
