As a leader or owner of your organization you may need to bounce ideas off someone that isn’t tied up with internal politics or “group-think”. What major decision is causing doubt? When should you start building out a new business line? What should you consider when switching to a new HR software?
These are advisory only calls. You can discuss projects you are working on and we can counsel together. Progress can be discussed over many calls, but there isn’t any formal tracking or reporting that will come from these advisory calls.
There is no limit to how many calls. However, it is preffered that you schedule the calls so allow for more in-depth and focused conversations.
