Alaska Rural Health Transformation Program
The One Big Beautiful Bill Act authorized the Rural Health Transformation Program and $50 billion will be allocated over 5 fiscal years to all 50 US states.
Alaska received $272,174,856 in the first year to support sustainable projects that will support the Alaskan health care system.

Nearly 1,800 Letters of Intent were submitted to request funds in the first round of requests. That is a lot of projects out there that need to stay on track with what is going on.
